Visit the Studio at Main to learn about electric cutting and the Cricut Maker 3! Patrons will cut cardstock using the Cricut, decorate with ink pads, and assemble to replicate planted succulents!
Come to the Studio at Pontiac to learn about what electric cutting is and how to use the Cricut Maker 3! Patrons will cut cardstock, which will then be decorated and assembled to replicate planted paper succulents. All supplies provided. Limited to 10 participants.
This program was designed for 2nd grade and up, but younger children may attend if an adult/guardian/caregiver is present to assist them throughout the program. Each child in sixth grade or younger attending the program must be directly supervised and assisted by a responsible caregiver while in the Studio. Most ACPL programs welcome guests, however the Studio programs can only accommodate registered patrons and their supervising caregivers.
Space is limited: Register in advance to reserve your spot and receive reminders. Registration will guarantee your seat until the event begins.

Pontiac Branch shares a campus with the Fort Wayne Urban League and Brightpoint’s Hanna Creighton Head Start. It has a 2 story playscape for children and artwork on the pillars by Theoplis Smith. Don’t miss the stained glass window that was designed by William L. Lupkin Designs and donated by the building’s architect, Alan R.Grinsfelder. The Pontiac Branch is a community destination for neighborhood kids, organizations & clubs, and those in need of computer access.
