Experience the power of art as a way to process the past, express emotions, practice mindfulness, and visually represent hopes for the future. Each session contains a quick breathing exercise, an art activity, and the opportunity to reflect on the experience, share their work, and learn from others in the group. Led by Casey Knuth, M.S.Ed, LMHCA of Mental Health America of Northeast Indiana. Mental Health America of Northeast Indiana. Mental Health America of Northeast Indiana (MHANI) is an advocacy and education non-profit organization founded in 1954 whose mission it is to promote the mental and emotional health of the community by offering advocacy, education, support services, and hope.

Pontiac Branch shares a campus with the Fort Wayne Urban League and Brightpoint’s Hanna Creighton Head Start. It has a 2 story playscape for children and artwork on the pillars by Theoplis Smith. Don’t miss the stained glass window that was designed by William L. Lupkin Designs and donated by the building’s architect, Alan R.Grinsfelder. The Pontiac Branch is a community destination for neighborhood kids, organizations & clubs, and those in need of computer access.
