Super Shots is offering flu vaccines for all ages.

  • Walk-ins are welcome!
  • Please bring an ID and insurance card if you have insurance.
  • If you need translation services, please call Super Shot prior to the event at (260) 414-7298.
  • Sign up to receive a registration text and reminder. Sign ups are available until 3 days before the event.
  • Flu and COVID shots will be available for all CDC-recommended age groups.
