This program will teach participants all about the funniest fungi around: yeast. We will learn about the lifecycle of yeast, how it is used, and what it does on a microscopic level that leads to the creation of a tasty loaf. We will also make our very own Naan (an Indian pan bread) to put our newfound knowledge to the test.
