Meeting Room

Participants will develop strategies and skills to experience old-fashioned games.

In a nod to Abraham Lincoln's childhood, participants will learn how to play old-fashioned games. Attendees will then have the opportunity to try their hand at the various games!

This program is part of the One County, One Book community-wide reading initiative encouraging the community to read and engage with a single book! This year's One County, One Book selection is "Differ We Must: How Lincoln Succeeded in a Divided America" by journalist and NPR host Steve Inskeep.

This initiative aims to unite people of all ages and backgrounds through programs, book clubs, and a community discussion with the author himself. Click here to learn more.

Space is limited; register in advance to reserve your spot and receive reminders. Registration will guarantee your seat until the event begins. Accessibility needs? Please contact ask@acpl.info as soon as possible - we'd love to help.
