Celebrate Dia De Lost Muertos and paint you own masterpiece!

Celebrate Dia De Los Muertos and learn more about Mexican culture in this canvas painting class! Local artist and storyteller Emily Guerrero will lead participants in painting Sugar Skulls on a canvas while also sharing a story of its importance in Mexican culture.

About the library

Pontiac Branch shares a campus with the Fort Wayne Urban League and Brightpoint’s Hanna Creighton Head Start. It has a 2 story playscape for children and artwork on the pillars by Theoplis Smith. Don’t miss the stained glass window that was designed by William L. Lupkin Designs and donated by the building’s architect, Alan R.Grinsfelder. The Pontiac Branch is a community destination for neighborhood kids, organizations & clubs, and those in need of computer access.
