Calling all taxidermy lovers!

Calling all taxidermy lovers! Are you interested in crafting your own taxidermy piece without handling delicate specimen? Participants will be DIY-ing their own faux insect taxidermy to take home.

For this craft, participants will be using hot glue and acrylic pant so please dress accordingly. All supplies will be provided to you.

This program is intended for Adults. Space is limited: register in advance to reserve your spot and receive reminders. Registration will guarantee your seat until the event begins. Accessibility needs? Please contact ask@acpl.info as soon as possible - we’d love to help.

About the library

Pontiac Branch shares a campus with the Fort Wayne Urban League and Brightpoint’s Hanna Creighton Head Start. It has a 2 story playscape for children and artwork on the pillars by Theoplis Smith. Don’t miss the stained glass window that was designed by William L. Lupkin Designs and donated by the building’s architect, Alan R.Grinsfelder. The Pontiac Branch is a community destination for neighborhood kids, organizations & clubs, and those in need of computer access.
