Recipe Swap

New Year, New Food

Connect with others to share recipes and cooking tips. We will learn from each other!

It's a new year, why not try out a new food?  Try a recipe with a new-to-you ingredient, then come to Recipe Swap and share what you learned.  Did you like it...or not?  Did you learn anything that surprised you?

If you need help finding that special recipe the following titles are available from the ACPL. Need more assistance? Your local librarian is happy to help.

Mighty Salads: 60 New Ways to Turn Salad Into Dinner -- and Make-Ahead Lunches, Too  by the Editors of Food52
Roberto's New Vegan Cooking: 125 Easy, Delicious, and Real Food Recipes  by Roberto Martin
The Paleo Kitchen: Finding Primal Joy in Modern Cooking by Juli Bauer

Recipes emailed to rking@acpl.lib.in.us by noon the day before the program will be shared with registered participants. Include as much information about the source of your recipe as possible, such as the title of the cookbook or magazine, author, page numbers, or website.

This program is intended for adults. Register for all programs online at the ACPL Events Page, on the ACPL mobile app, or by calling the branch. In an effort to be courteous to our presenters, audience members, and waitlisted registrants:

  • Register all attendees
  • Please arrive prior to the program's start time; registering for a program will not hold your seat after the program's designated start time
  • If you are unable to attend, please cancel your registration online or by calling the branch
