Meeting Room

Join us as we use art as a way to express emotions, practice mindfulness, and learn resilience.

Intended for upper elementary children, this program will include a read-aloud and an art activity designed to teach children about a variety of mental health topics, including resilience, coping skills, and emotion identification and processing.

This program is being led by a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate from Mental Health America of Northeast Indiana. Mental Health America of Northeast Indiana (MHANI) is an advocacy and education non-profit organization founded in 1954 whose mission it is to promote the mental and emotional health of the community by offering advocacy, education, support services, and hope.

Space is limited: register in advance to reserve your spot and receive reminders. Registration will guarantee your seat until the event begins. Accessibility needs? Please contact ask@acpl.info as soon as possible - we’d love to help.
