Intended for pre-school-aged children and their grown-up, this program will include a read-aloud and an art activity designed to teach children about a variety of mental health topics, including emotion identification and processing, friendship, separation, self-esteem, resilience, and coping skills development.
This program is being led by a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate from Mental Health America of Northeast Indiana. Mental Health America of Northeast Indiana (MHANI) is an advocacy and education non-profit organization founded in 1954 whose mission it is to promote the mental and emotional health of the community by offering advocacy, education, support services, and hope.
