Appetizers & Party Food

Connect with others to share recipes and cooking tips. We will learn from each other!

Bring a favorite appetizer or party food recipe to share this month.

If you need help finding that special recipe the following titles are available from the ACPL. Need more assistance? Your local librarian is happy to help.

  • Martha Stewart's Appetizers: 200 Recipes for Dips, Spreads, Snacks, Small Plates, and Other Delicious hors d'oeuvres, Plus 30 Cocktails  by Martha Stewart
  • Nothing Fancy: Unfussy Food for Having People Over  by Alison Roman
  • All Time Best Holiday Entertaining by the Editors of America's Test Kitchen

Recipes emailed to rking@acpl.lib.in.us by noon the day before the program will be shared with registered participants. Include as much information about the source of your recipe as possible, such as the title of the cookbook or magazine, author, page numbers, or website.

This program is intended for adults. Register for all programs online at the ACPL Events Page, on the ACPL mobile app, or by calling the branch. In an effort to be courteous to our presenters, audience members, and waitlisted registrants:

  • Register all attendees
  • Please arrive prior to the program's start time; registering for a program will not hold your seat after the program's designated start time
  • If you are unable to attend, please cancel your registration online or by calling the branch
