Join us as we use art to learn about our emotions, practice resilience, and learn coping skills.
Intended for pre-school-aged children and their grown-up, participants in this program will read The Book of Mistakes by Corinna Luyken and discover how unexpected mistakes can become something wonderful. Participants will complete a fun "Draw What You See" challenge that encourages creativity, flexibility, and finding possibilities in the unexpected.
This program is being led by a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate from Mental Health America of Northeast Indiana. Mental Health America of Northeast Indiana (MHANI) is an advocacy and education non-profit organization founded in 1954 whose mission it is to promote the mental and emotional health of the community by offering advocacy, education, support services, and hope.

The Main Library includes six public meeting rooms, a theater, art gallery, underground parking garage, the Genealogy Center, and the Rolland Center for Lincoln Research. Parking in Library lots costs $1/hour with a $7 daily max. ACPL patrons receive the first 3 hours of parking for free.
