Grades 7-12: Learn how you can practice self-care and support your mental well-being.

Learn about the psychology of colors and create an artwork to brighten your room and your mood.

Researchers have found that the colors we choose to surround ourselves with can have an impact on our mood, increasing dopamine, the neurotransmitter associated with feelings of happiness and well-being. We'll use these principles to create artworks for our rooms.

This program is intended for teens. Space is limited; register in advance to reserve your spot and receive reminders. Registration will guarantee your seat until the event begins. Accessibility needs? Please contact ask@acpl.info as soon as possible - we’d love to help.
