Certified exercise physiologist Mary Newell will lead us in gentle chair exercises and breathing techniques as well as fall prevention tips and exercises.

Chair exercise is a gentle form that can be done sitting on a chair or standing on the ground while using the chair for support.

Participants will practice and learn the benefits of gentle chair exercise, which include improved flexibility, concentration, and balance. They will also receive general wellness tips that they will be able to apply in their daily lives.

Space is limited; register in advance to reserve your spot and receive reminders. Registration will guarantee your seat until the event begins. Accessibility needs? Please contact ask@acpl.info as soon as possible - we’d love to help.
