Dive into the vibrant wonders of the Universe with our hands-on activity, "Nebula Spin Art" led by NASA Solar System Ambassador Sarah Vise. Participants will discover the fascinating process behind the formation of nebulae - massive clouds of gas and dust in space. Using paint and a spinner, they'll craft their very own colorful model nebula, each one as unique as their artists - just like real nebulae! This fun, interactive experience is perfect for budding astronomers and artists alike, sparking creativity while exploring the colors of outer space.

Pontiac Branch shares a campus with the Fort Wayne Urban League and Brightpoint’s Hanna Creighton Head Start. It has a 2 story playscape for children and artwork on the pillars by Theoplis Smith. Don’t miss the stained glass window that was designed by William L. Lupkin Designs and donated by the building’s architect, Alan R.Grinsfelder. The Pontiac Branch is a community destination for neighborhood kids, organizations & clubs, and those in need of computer access.
