Tuesday Morning Art Therapy Exercise with Mental Health America Northeast Indiana
Experience the power of art as a way to process the past, express emotions, practice mindfulness, and visually represent hopes for the future. Each session contains a quick breathing exercise, an art activity, and the opportunity to reflect on the experience, share their work, and learn from others in the group. Designed by Casey Knuth, M.S.Ed, LMHCA of Mental Health America of Northeast Indiana (MHANI), and led by a representative from MHANI. MHANI is an advocacy and education non-profit organization founded in 1954 whose mission it is to promote the mental and emotional health of the community by offering advocacy, education, support services, and hope.
All supplies provided free of charge.
