Craft and paint a cute 3D printed hedgehog companion with a pom-pom for “spines”!
Come to the Pontiac library to make your very own friendly pom-pom hedgehog! In this fun print-and paint-style program, paint a 3D-printed hedgehog with acrylic paints, then complete it by creating a yarn pom-pom for the spines! Exercise your creativity and learn a little bit about where you can 3d print at the library. All supplies provided. Limited to 10 participants.
This program was designed for 2nd grade and up, but younger children may attend if an adult is present to assist them. Children in sixth grade or younger must be directly supervised by a responsible parent, guardian, or caregiver while in the Studio. Supervising adults do not need to register for the program.
Space is limited: register in advance to reserve your spot and receive reminders. Registration will guarantee your seat until the event begins.

Pontiac Branch shares a campus with the Fort Wayne Urban League and Brightpoint’s Hanna Creighton Head Start. It has a 2 story playscape for children and artwork on the pillars by Theoplis Smith. Don’t miss the stained glass window that was designed by William L. Lupkin Designs and donated by the building’s architect, Alan R.Grinsfelder. The Pontiac Branch is a community destination for neighborhood kids, organizations & clubs, and those in need of computer access.
