Engrave and cut a custom leather bookmark! Learn how to use a Glowforge Laser Printer! We will teach you the basics of designing in the Glowforge App and get you started on your first laser print!
Come to the Maker Lab at the Georgetown Library to learn about using the Glowforge Laser Printer. Participants will create a bookmark using a custom design on leather utilizing the Glowforge design App. All supplies provided. Familiarity with computers is highly recommended. Limited to 6 participants. This program is intended for children, teens, and adults.
Space is limited: register in advance to reserve your spot and receive reminders. Registration will guarantee your seat until the event begins.

From the Maker Lab Rules:
No open footwear such as sandals or flip-flops.
No loose or dangling scarves, jewelry, ribbons, or long hair.
11 years and younger must have a responsible caregiver present in the lab with them at all times.
All technology and machine users must sign a release form. Parents/guardians of minors must co-sign form alongside their child.
