Self-care is important as adults.  Mental health disorders like anxiety and depression continue to rise as adults are stretching themselves thin to meet the high demands of modern life.  Taking care of yourself physically, emotionally and mentally can help.  And a self-care journal can be one of those tools.  Come learn about journaling for self-care.  Be good to yourself and join us!
