Come to the Maker Lab at the Georgetown Library to learn about patterns and preparing your fabric, sewing machines basics, and to make your first project with a sewing machine, an apron! All supplies provided. Limited to 2 participants. This program is intended for children, and teens.
Note: Caregivers/guardians should only register if they plan to participate in the class. Registration is not required for those who plan to assist a participant, or plan to be present in the space due to the age of the participant. Limit to one caregiver or guardian per participant.
Space is limited: register in advance to reserve your spot and receive reminders. Registration will guarantee your seat until the event begins.

From the Maker Lab Rules:
No open footwear such as sandals or flip-flops.
No loose or dangling scarves, jewelry, ribbons, or long hair.
Parent/guardian guests of children under 12 must be present the entire time.
All technology, tool, and machine users must sign a release form. Parents/guardians of minors must co-sign form alongside their child.
