Practicing gratitude can have a powerful impact on your mental and physical well-being. Create a gratitude jar to help keep track of all the things you are grateful for over the year. When something good happens or you think of something you’re grateful for, write it on paper and put it in the jar. Read through the slips when you are feeling down or when you want to look back on your past experiences. All supplies will be provided.
