Children will be inspired to become readers after spending time with our Team Read teens. Together they will share a great book to keep and play favorite games.
Children who are already reading or who are developing the skills to be ready to read select a book a book to keep and work on their reading with an encouraging teen reading mentor for 20 minutes. We have a variety of board games and card games for the children and teens to play together and practice counting, color recognition, teamwork and good sportsmanship. Week after week, kids look forward to spending this time with their new friend!
