Learn about some of the many people who help keep our communities safe and healthy.

Learn more about firefighters/paramedics/veterinarians and how they help our community. What do they do? Where do they work? How do they do their job? We will share books and songs, make a craft, and play.

Summer SPARK brings amazing events, creative programming, and fantastic prizes to everyone!  Get started at www.acpl.info/spark.  Summer SPARK is generously funded by the Foellinger Foundation, Friends of the Allen County Public Library and the Allen County Public Library Foundation.

About the library

The Little Turtle branch was named after Miami chief Little Turtle, who was born near Ft. Wayne. The Little Turtle branch is home to unique circulating collections, including puzzles and games, and the ACPL Seed Library.
