Decorate your own sugar skull and learn about the significance to Dia de los Muertos.

Sugar Skulls (or Calaveras) hold a cultural and historical significance to Dia de los Muertos. Decorate your own sugar skull and learn about the significance to Dia. This program is a part of the community ofrenda downtown at Main Library.

This program is designed for all-ages.

About the library

The Little Turtle branch was named after Miami chief Little Turtle, who was born near Ft. Wayne. The Little Turtle branch is home to unique circulating collections, including puzzles and games, and the ACPL Seed Library.
