Join us for a FREE, virtual program on Thursday, September 8th at 6:30 p.m. EDT!
Join us on Thursday, September 8th for a presentation from Chris McDowell, the founder of Quilt, to learn unique ways to use technology for preservation across generations.
Chris McDowell has been working with start-up companies, primarily in the New York City area, for the last 10+ years. His focus has been on helping a wide range of companies (early stage to late stage, in a variety of industries) build a world-class finance and strategy function, in addition to long-term planning and raising capital. While he has enjoyed his career working with start-ups, he felt there was something missing in his day-to-day role. Ultimately, he realized that the missing puzzle piece was a feeling of building something that allows people to enjoy their day-to-day lives on a deeper level.
Using his learnings from his past experiences, Chris set off to build quilt in 2021. quilt is a digital platform where families can preserve, cherish, and share their memories for current and future generations. quilt allows families to build their family tree, while also uploading all forms of content to ensure the memories and stories live on forever.
If he can be at all helpful in your family's journey in preserving and sharing their memories, please feel free to reach out to him directly at chris@ourquilt.co or visit the website at http://www.ourquilt.co
