Thomas Visco works at the intersection of public-interest advocacy and technology. He co-founded Glasshouse Policy, helped reform IT contracting policy and expand rural broadband accessibility in Texas, and organized dozens of exciting community events like the Dell Glasshouse Policy labs at SXSW. In his free time, he enjoys cooking, playing Go, and reading in Austin, TX.
