Ronald Darrah is a native of West Virginia but has been an Indiana resident for over 40 years. He graduated with a B. S. in Education from Kent State University. He is a former elementary teacher, a retired Indianapolis Public Schools supervisor, and a retired member of the U. S. Air Force and Indiana Air National Guard.
He currently serves as the Chair of the Indiana Genealogical Society affiliates, Society of Civil War Families of Indiana, and Territorial Guard Society of Indiana. Earlier this year Ron was appointed as the IGS Marion County Genealogist.
