With its low-impact, slow-motion exercises, T'ai Chi can be easily adapted for anyone at any skill level. This Chinese movement form improves balance, focus, coordination and relaxation.

T'ai Chi is a mind-body practice that originated in China as a martial art and has value in treating or preventing several medical conditions including: arthritis, low bone density, heart disease, hypertension, sleep problems, and Fibromyalgia. 

Space is limited, so please register for all programs online, on the ACPL mobile app, or by calling any library location. Registration opens 2 weeks prior to each event. Please call your local branch for group/guest registrations larger than five people.
