Drop in time to use the equipment is from 10:00-12:30 on Mondays and Wednesdays and from 5:00-7:00 on Tuesdays and Thursdays during the week and by appointment. Times are subject to change. If you need hands on help, please schedule an appointment and our Maker Lab Guide will be available to assist you. Please email to set up a time: ltroemel@acpl.info From the Maker Lab Rules: Please arrive promptly. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you will need to attend the next available class. No open footwear such as sandals or flip-flops. No loose or dangling scarves, jewelry, ribbons, or long hair. Parents of children under 12 must be present the entire time.
The Georgetown branch is home to a full-service maker lab with a large collection of tools that customers can use to create things. The branch features a public fax machine, study rooms, a meeting room, and a popular collection of materials that includes video games.
