Already familiar with the Cricut Autopress? Up your skills by learning to design and create a personalized wood sign!
Visit the Studio at Hessen Cassel to learn intermediate heat-pressing techniques! In this program, you will design and create a custom wood sign, either showcasing your name or one of provided graphics! After designing and creating in Cricut Design Space, we'll use the Cricut Maker 3 to cut these designs out on heat transfer vinyl. Finally, we'll finish up by heat pressing the design onto a blank piece of basswood! Participation in a Intro to Electric Cutting program and Intro to Heatpressing, or previous experience with Cricut Makers & Cricut Heatpresses is highly recommended prior to attending this intermediate program. All supplies provided. Limited to 6 participants.
This program was designed for 7th grade and up, but younger children may attend if an adult/guardian/caregiver is present to assist them throughout the program. Each child in sixth grade or younger attending the program must be directly supervised and assisted by a responsible caregiver while in the Studio. Most ACPL programs welcome guests, however the Studio programs can only accommodate registered patrons and their supervising caregivers.
