Join us to celebrate Native American Heritage Month by learning to make sunflower bracelets!
This program is meant to be in celebration of Native American Heritage Month. During this program, children will learn about the importance of beadwork in Native American culture and how to make their own bracelets. Patrons will use materials such as elastic cord and beads. Supplies will be provided.
This program is intended for children in K-3rd and 4th-6th grade. Space is limited; register in advance to reserve your spot and receive reminders. The Woodburn branch is located across the street from a John Deere store, within easy walking distance of the Lutheran Elementary school and the park. The library’s unique hours are specialized to best serve the surrounding town and country-dwellers.
