Adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities and their caregivers: Make a paper cempasúchil bouquet for Dia de los Muertos and Hispanic Heritage Month!
Learn multiple ways to make paper marigolds (cempasúchil) to produce a bouquet of flowers. Also learn about the cultural significance of cempasúchil in Dia de los Muertos.
Take your cempasúchil home or add them to our library community ofrenda. The ofrenda will be on display in the Great Hall at the Main Library from October 27th until November 2nd.

The Woodburn branch is located across the street from a John Deere store, within easy walking distance of the Lutheran Elementary school and the park. The library’s unique hours are specialized to best serve the surrounding town and country-dwellers.
