Grades 4-6. Make your own mini calming kit.
Calming, or sensory, kits are great resources for when you are experiencing sensory overload or just want to relax. They can have a range of things that help ground you, from tactile options like fidgets, to auditory options like ear plugs, and things that engage your sense of smell, like scented stickers. Create a mini kit in a tin that can travel wherever you go!
Space is limited: register in advance to reserve your spot and receive reminders. Registration will guarantee your seat until the event begins. Accessibility needs? Please contact ask@acpl.info as soon as possible - we’d love to help.
