Learn how to use the Cricut Auto Press to create your own custom Fall Themed Wooden Cutouts!
Come to the Maker Lab at the Pontiac Library to learn about using the Lab's Cricut Autopress. From the cutter to the press, all the steps required to create a unique Fall Themed Wooden Cutout will be demonstrated. Then, set up your own Fall Themed Wooden Cutout by layering pre-made heat press vinyl cutouts and transferring them to your wood via heat. All supplies provided. Limited to 8 participants.
This program was designed for 6th grade and up, but younger children may attend if an adult is present to assist them. Children in sixth grade or younger must be directly supervised by a responsible parent, guardian, or caregiver while in the Maker Lab. Supervising adults do not need to register for the program.
Space is limited: Register in advance to reserve your spot and receive reminders. Registration will guarantee your seat until the event begins.

Pontiac Branch shares a campus with the Fort Wayne Urban League and Brightpoint’s Hanna Creighton Head Start. It has a 2 story playscape for children and artwork on the pillars by Theoplis Smith. Don’t miss the stained glass window that was designed by William L. Lupkin Designs and donated by the building’s architect, Alan R.Grinsfelder. The Pontiac Branch is a community destination for neighborhood kids, organizations & clubs, and those in need of computer access.
