Practice your reading with a trained and certified therapy dog!
Share a book with your new best friend! Paws to Read develops reading skills and confidence when you share a book with a dog. They’re great listeners!
Space is limited; sign-up sheets will be available at the children's desk 15 minutes before the program begins. Each reader will be allotted up to 10 minutes to read with Pearl (a sweet little cavapoo) and her handler, Beverly. Bring your own book or choose from the many available at the library. Pearl loves to listen to children read to her.
