Design the cover of your own Adventure Journal with vinyl. Learn about designing and uploading designs in Cricut Design Space, and using the Cricut Maker 3.
Come to the Maker Lab at theShawnee Library to learn about designing and uploading designs in Cricut Design Space, and using the Cricut Maker 3. Participants will learn about the many different materials that the Cricut Maker 3 can cut including paper, cardstock, vinyl, fabric, chipboard, and craft foam. Familiarity with computers is highly recommended.
Participants will leave with an Adventure Journal featuring covers crafted using vinyl with the opportunity to customize your design. All supplies provided. Limited to 6 participants. This program is intended for children, teens, and adults.
Space is limited: register in advance to reserve your spot and receive reminders. Registration will guarantee your seat until the event begins.

From the Maker Lab Rules:
No open footwear such as sandals or flip-flops.
No loose or dangling scarves, jewelry, ribbons, or long hair.
11 years and younger must have a responsible caregiver present in the lab with them at all times.

The Shawnee Branch boasts quite a large collection of Spanish language materials. Attention all future cooks and restauranteurs: young children love to "cook" in our play kitchen area.
