Design the cover of your own Adventure Journal with vinyl. Learn about designing and uploading designs in Silhouette Studio, and using the Silhouette Cameo 4 Plus.
Come to the Maker Lab at the Georgetown Library to learn about designing and uploading designs in Silhouette Studio, and using the Silhouette Cameo 4 Plus. Participants will learn about the many different materials that the Silhouette Cameo 4 Plus can cut including paper, cardstock, vinyl, fabric, chipboard, and craft foam. Familiarity with computers is highly recommended.
Participants will leave with an Adventure Journal featuring covers crafted using vinyl with the opportunity to customize your design. All supplies provided. Limited to 6 participants. This program is intended for children, teens, and adults.

From the Maker Lab Rules:
No open footwear such as sandals or flip-flops.
No loose or dangling scarves, jewelry, ribbons, or long hair.
11 years and younger must have a responsible caregiver present in the lab with them at all times.

The Georgetown branch is home to a full-service maker lab with a large collection of tools that customers can use to create things. The branch features a public fax machine, study rooms, a meeting room, and a popular collection of materials that includes video games.
