Join us for guest speakers and crafts as we explore the many facets of becoming independently self-sufficient.
Mushroom hunting takes skill, knowledge, and chance. Most importantly, hunters want to be prepared in knowing which kinds of mushrooms are good to eat and which you should leave alone. A naturalist from Lindenwood Nature Preserve will be presenting a program that will help attendees identify the mushrooms we want to look for and which ones to steer clear of.
This program is intended for adults. Space is limited: register in advance to reserve your spot and receive reminders. Registration will guarantee your seat until the event begins. Accessibility needs? Please contact ask@acpl.info as soon as possible - we’d love to help.
