Adulting is hard, but it doesn't need to be.
Do you know how to navigate life as an adult? Topics may include budgeting, tips on buying a house, how to buy insurance, what to do during an emergency, and other things you probably weren't taught in school.
This month's theme is House Buying vs. Renting
Our guest speaker is from the Fire Police City County Federal Credit Union
There will be information on how to begin the loan process and the information that you need to consider when you start to look for a home as well as the new build process which commonly has programs that are more accessible for those with challenges in path to home ownership. There will also be information that goes over the benefits of first-time home buyers and some of the down payment assistance programs that are available.
This program is intended for adults. Space is limited: register in advance to reserve your spot and receive reminders. Registration will guarantee your seat until the event begins. Accessibility needs? Please contact ask@acpl.info as soon as possible - we’d love to help.
