Learn all about the process of 3D scanning using the our Einscan 3D Scanner.
Have you ever wanted to replicate a physical object? Or desired to have a spare part on hand, but it is long since out of production? With 3D scanning technology this and more is possible! In this demonstration you will learn how to use the Einscan 3D scanner on a demo object, and then replicate the object via 3D Printing. All materials provided. Limited to 6 participants. This program is intended for elementary ages, teens, and adults.
Space is limited: Register in advance to reserve your spot and receive reminders. Registration will guarantee your seat until the event begins.

From the Maker Lab Rules:
No open footwear such as sandals or flip-flops.
No loose or dangling scarves, jewelry, ribbons, or long hair.
11 years and younger must have a responsible caregiver present in the lab with them at all times.
All technology and machine users must sign a release form. Parents/guardians of minors must co-sign form alongside their child.

The Main Library includes six public meeting rooms, a theater, art gallery, underground parking garage, the Genealogy Center, and the Rolland Center for Lincoln Research. Parking at the main library is free if you have a valid library card. If you do not have a library card, parking costs $1/hour with a maximum charge of $7 for the day. Parking tickets must be taken inside the main library for validation and/or payment.
