Learn how to create a vase using the 3d modeling program Blender, and then 3d print it using advanced settings on our 3d printers!
In this workshop you will learn how to create your own unique vase in the 3D modeling program Blender, using different 3D modeling techniques. Learn to sculpt and design in Blender, then print what you created! Learn advanced settings on our 3D slicer programs, which offers advanced 3d printing capabilities to print your unique 3D creation! It is highly recommended to have attended Intro to 3D Printers and Intro to Tinker-CAD, OR 3D Printing 101 Workshop to better enjoy this workshop. All supplies provided. This program is intended for teens, and adults. Program is limited to 4 participants.

From the Maker Lab Rules:
No open footwear such as sandals or flip-flops.
No loose or dangling scarves, jewelry, ribbons, or long hair.
12 years and younger must have a parent/guardian guest present in the lab with them at all times.
All technology and machine users must sign a release form. Parents/guardians of minors must co-sign form alongside their child.

The Main Library includes six public meeting rooms, a theater, art gallery, underground parking garage, the Genealogy Center, and the Rolland Center for Lincoln Research. Parking at the main library is free if you have a valid library card. If you do not have a library card, parking costs $1/hour with a maximum charge of $7 for the day. Parking tickets must be taken inside the main library for validation and/or payment.
