Winter Sowing

Tired of waiting for Spring to begin working on your garden? Join us to learn about winter sowing of seeds outside to get a head start on your gardening season.

You don’t need any special materials, space inside your home, or to increase your electric bill! Participants will learn best practices for winter sowing and be introduced to materials for further learning. Each person will have the opportunity to make a winter sowing container out of recycled materials. All material provided at no cost to you.
