Learn how to make a beautiful watercolor painting using a stencil and dissolvable pencils.
How-To Studio is an adults-only program designed to explore new skills in arts and science. This month our project will be creating a watercolor painting. The magic comes in when we use a dissolving colored pencil to outline an image from a stencil. All supplies are provided, just bring your creativity and vision!
