Come to the Georgetown Library to learn about the basics of electronics and soldering and follow the footsteps of the great Nikola Tesla, for an electrifying experience! This beginning class will introduce you the functions of capacitors, resistors, transistors and microchips as they work together in an integrated circuit. This month, we will use soldering techniques to put together your own project (choose one of the three we have available).
You will be working with a hot soldering iron. Parent or guardian signature is necessary for all those under the age of 18. All supplies provided. Limited to 7 participants.
Space is limited: register in advance to reserve your spot and receive reminders. Registration will guarantee your seat until the event begins.
