Learn how to use our 3D printers for your first 3D print.
In this program we will go over the basics of 3D printing. We’ll take you through the process from downloading a 3D file and uploading it onto the 3D printer's software. You will learn how to change printer settings and other adjustments before printing your 3D project. Maximum of 6 participants. Registration is strongly suggested and will guarantee you a spot in the class.
This program is intended for elementary, teen, and adult ages. Register for all programs online at www.acpl.info/calendar, on the ACPL mobile app, or by calling the branch. In an effort to be courteous to our presenters, audience members, and wait listed registrants:
· Register all attendees.
·Please arrive prior to the program’s start time. Registering for a program will not hold your seat after the program’s designated start time.
·If you are unable to attend, please cancel your registration online or by calling the branch.
From the Maker Lab Rules:
No open footwear such as sandals or flip-flops.
No loose or dangling scarves, jewelry, ribbons, or long hair.
Parents of children under 12 must be present the entire time.

The Main Library includes six public meeting rooms, a theater, art gallery, underground parking garage, the Genealogy Center, and the Rolland Center for Lincoln Research. Parking at the main library is free if you have a valid library card. If you do not have a library card, parking costs $1/hour with a maximum charge of $7 for the day. Parking tickets must be taken inside the main library for validation and/or payment.
