Explore literacy, stories and illustrations during our Picture Book Party! We will get the party started in the Globe Room with a StoryTime for toddlers, preschoolers, and elementary school students. We will have related activities throughout the Children's Department, including a scavenger hunt, and a wonderful StoryWalk!

The Main Library includes six public meeting rooms, a theater, art gallery, underground parking garage, the Genealogy Center, and the Rolland Center for Lincoln Research. Parking at the main library is free if you have a valid library card. If you do not have a library card, parking costs $1/hour with a maximum charge of $7 for the day. Parking tickets must be taken inside the main library for validation and/or payment.
