In session two of this three-part series about autism learn how to navigate the process of applying for the Family Support Waiver from start to finish.

Presented by the Autism Society of Indiana, the Family Support Waiver Workshop answers the question, “What is the Family Support Waiver and what does the waiver cover?”  Designed for parents, this workshop will take you through the process of applying for the Family Support Waiver from start to finish. 

Please register one spot per family.  After registering you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the program.  In an effort to be courteous to our presenters, audience members, and wait-listed registrants:
