Mental health is important, but it can be difficult to talk about. This FREE 3-month series offers you the opportunity to learn more about mental health in a welcoming, judgement-free space.

An expert from Mental Health America of Northeast Indiana will help us understand and address a different aspect of mental health each month. 

Most of us experience stress regularly. When we understand how stress affects our brains and bodies, we can begin to learn techniques to counteract its effects. In one hour, you will learn mindfulness techniques that reduce stress, improve well-being, and help you live the life that you want.

This program will go over how stress affects the brain and body, what mindfulness is, how to easily implement different mindfulness practices into your life, and how these practices will reduce stress levels and promote overall well-being.
