Staying fit and healthy in today's society is important for a myriad of reasons. Staying fit and healthy for our ancestors was a way of life. In this presentation, Dr. Hopf will discuss how we can train like our ancestors did to achieve and maintain optimal health.

The Main Library includes six public meeting rooms, a theater, art gallery, underground parking garage, the Genealogy Center, and the Rolland Center for Lincoln Research. Parking at the main library is free if you have a valid library card. If you do not have a library card, parking costs $1/hour with a maximum charge of $7 for the day. Parking tickets must be taken inside the main library for validation and/or payment.
