Watercolor and mixed media art exhibit
Dianna's World is a showcase of familiar subjects such as animals, landscapes as well as abstractions that is characterized as both impressionist and abstract. Dianna uses watercolor, gesso, rice and CitraSolv papers as well as inks to add texture and color to her pieces. Dianna Burt is a local artist who began painting about 15 years ago and who has studied under Leslie White who teaches at Neighborhood Connection night classes. Dianna expresses her world through varying techniques and mediums for both the familiar and unfamiliar.

The Georgetown branch is home to a full-service maker lab with a large collection of tools that customers can use to create things. The branch features a public fax machine, study rooms, a meeting room, and a popular collection of materials that includes video games.
